A screenshot may be used only when its QR code is clear and has not already been scanned. Keep the original ticket accessible whenever possible.
No. Every QR code is valid for one successful scan. Once used, it cannot be used for entry again.
Transfers are permitted only where the official ticket service provides a transfer option. Unauthorised resale or duplicated tickets may be cancelled without refund.
No. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including where you can no longer attend.
Postponed tickets remain valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled, any action will follow applicable law and organiser notice; purchases remain non-refundable except where required by law.
Start with My Ticket using the purchase details from checkout. If you still cannot locate it, use Lalid Live's verified support channel.
A previously scanned QR code cannot grant another entry. Protect your ticket and do not share its code publicly.
Bring a valid form of identification if requested by venue security or the Lalid Live team, particularly where the ticket purchaser's details need to be verified.
Gates open at 3:00 PM on Friday 4 December 2026 at BloomBar in Accra, Ghana.
Venue sales, if offered, are subject to availability and will be communicated through Lalid Live's verified channels. Advance purchase is recommended.

By purchasing a ticket or requesting a table reservation, you agree to the Lalid Live ticket policy and all venue access directions issued for the event.
Event access remains subject to valid admission, capacity, safety requirements, and organiser instructions.

DETAILS.
All Lalid Live ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Each ticket is valid for one admission only and must be presented in its original digital form at entry.
- A screenshot may assist with access only when the QR code is clear and unused; duplicated or previously scanned codes will not be admitted.
- Lost tickets should be retrieved through My Ticket using the original purchase details. Duplicate admissions are not issued.
- Tickets may only be transferred where the ticketing service permits it. Unauthorised resale, duplication, or commercial use may result in cancellation without refund.
- If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, any action taken will follow applicable law and organiser notice; purchases remain non-refundable except where required by law.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity, age or identification checks where required, and reasonable safety, security, and conduct rules.
- Table reservations are subject to the package confirmed at reservation. Table location, service, and access may be adjusted when required for safety or production.
